BR-52: Each additional document reference needs an ID (BT-122)

Checks that every cac:AdditionalDocumentReference has a non-empty cbc:ID.

How to fix it

Give each cac:AdditionalDocumentReference a non-empty cbc:ID; in the official samples these are values such as <cbc:ID>ICV</cbc:ID>, <cbc:ID>PIH</cbc:ID> and <cbc:ID>QR</cbc:ID>.
