BR-KSA-34: Invoice counter value (ICV, KSA-16) must contain only digits

Explained by Matheel from ZATCA's rule text and the condition SDK 3.4.8 executes · Updated

Error: the invoice is rejectedAll invoicesFields: KSA-16

The cbc:UUID inside cac:AdditionalDocumentReference (the ICV counter, KSA-16) must match ^[0-9]*$: digits only, with no letters, spaces, signs or separators.

How to fix it

Write the counter as plain digits, e.g. <cbc:UUID>10</cbc:UUID> in the ICV reference.
