BR-24: Each invoice line needs a line net amount (BT-131)

Checks that every cac:InvoiceLine (or cac:CreditNoteLine) contains a cbc:LineExtensionAmount element.

How to fix it

Add the line net amount to every line, e.g. <cbc:LineExtensionAmount currencyID="SAR">100.00</cbc:LineExtensionAmount>.
