BR-25: Each invoice line needs an item name (BT-153)

Checks that every cac:InvoiceLine (or cac:CreditNoteLine) has cac:Item/cbc:Name with a non-empty value.

How to fix it

Inside each line's cac:Item add a non-empty name, e.g. <cac:Item><cbc:Name>Item name</cbc:Name></cac:Item>.
