BR-KSA-EN16931-05: An allowance/charge base amount needs a percentage
Applies when a document-level or line-level cac:AllowanceCharge contains cbc:BaseAmount. The same cac:AllowanceCharge must then also contain cbc:MultiplierFactorNumeric (the percentage).
How to fix it
Add <cbc:MultiplierFactorNumeric>…</cbc:MultiplierFactorNumeric> to that cac:AllowanceCharge, or remove cbc:BaseAmount if the allowance or charge is a fixed amount.
