BR-KSA-EN16931-06: Price-level allowance/charge must have ChargeIndicator false
Applies to cac:InvoiceLine/cac:Price/cac:AllowanceCharge. Its cbc:ChargeIndicator must be false, because a charge on price level is not allowed; the executed check fails only when the indicator is true.
How to fix it
Use <cbc:ChargeIndicator>false</cbc:ChargeIndicator> in the price-level cac:AllowanceCharge, so it only expresses a discount on the item price.
ZATCA's official text
